Caleb R. Baker, DPM

I was born and raised in Longmont and have always loved the environment and the people. After I graduated from Longmont High School in 1999 I went on to study at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, earning a Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Neuroscience & Anatomy. I then went on to study podiatry at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, Illinios. After podiatry school I did a three year medical and surgical residency in Binghamton, New York training under one of podiatry's greatest physicians and surgeons Dr. Guido LaPorta. After spending many years moving east for school and residency, my love for the place where I grew up only grew stronger, and I could not wait to get back! Well I finally am back and am reminded why I love Longmont so much. I love watching the weather gently roll over the mountains and I love the friendly people and tight knit community.

When I first opened my doors, I had one simple goal and that goal will never change. I want to take care of people. I have always been committed to reducing pain, increasing movement, and helping people stay strong and active. I will always be honest and straight forward, explaining things in a manner that you can understand.

I know that the faster treatment is started, the better, that's why I work with all new and exsisting patients to see them as soon as possible. Same day whenver possible.

We'll work together as a team to find a comprehensive approach that works best for you, which may incorporate physical therapy, education, foot checks, exercise, the correct shoes, custom molded orthotics, custom padding, and/or treatment guidance for the best results. You don’t have to walk in pain or discomfort and I'll do everything I can to make sure that you walk pain free. Give me a call at (720)552-6101 or stop by the office at 1351 Frontier Street, Longmont, CO, 80501 to learn more about what I can do for you.
